NAVDURGA PROTECTION FORCE conceived and started for total solution of security services with professional approach.

The deployed strength of Security Personnel in Bharuch District is about Seven Hundred. Out of this about Twenty Percent posts are held by Ex-servicemen drawn from Defense Forces and Paramilitary Forces.
The Supervisory Staff to the tune of Forty Percent is drawn from Defense Forces including Paramilitary Forces.

(i) In our rank and file we have trained officers mainly drawn from Ex-Servicemen category who pay visit to the Plants of our deployment and carryout random check of deployed Security Staff at the Plant Site.

(ii) This party is further strengthened by Managers, Deputy Managers, Area Officers, and Junior Area Officers and is provided vehicles to visit Plants during day as well as night. Separate NDO is deputed for Night Checking.

(iii) In addition to above our Senior Officers also pay frequent visits to the Plant as well as meet Management.

(iv) We do have Control Room located at GIDC Ankleshwar which responds to all the clients round the Clock and is available to act on emergent demand.

(v) We also have a system to impart training to our Security Personnel at their place of deployment. Through the Security Supervisor/ Security Officer.
